Carrie Mackenzie Joins the Team

We're pleased to welcome Carrie Mackenzie to the Milligan Partners team! Carrie comes to us with over 10 years of experience in tolling where she was instrumental in helping several clients roll out new tolling systems. She specializes in coordinating key stakeholders, toll system advisors, toll system providers, state agencies, and design-build construction teams on large-scale projects. Carrie will use her vast experience in customer service operations, marketing and communications, testing, and monitoring to assist our clients in enhancing the customer experience.
